💬 Deion Sanders Tells Players What Women Actually Want From a Man
Deion Sanders recently shared a life lesson with his Colorado Buffaloes football players about work ethic and relationships.
During a team talk, Sanders explained that effort and responsibility shape how a man is viewed in life. “She can’t stand a man that ain’t got no work in him,” Sanders said, adding that a man who avoids effort comes across as weak. He continued, “He’s a sorry man. He’s a lazy man. Pathetic man if you’re not willing to work for what you desire.”
The Colorado coach often blends football coaching with broader life advice, reminding players that discipline, accountability, and hard work build respect both on and off the field.
🎮 Shilo Sanders Jokes About ‘Preparing for WW3’ During Gaming Stream
Shilo Sanders raised eyebrows after joking about global tensions during a recent Twitch livestream. While playing Call of Duty, the son of Deion Sanders quipped that he was “preparing for WW3.”
“We might be going to war, so I’m practicing right now,” Shilo told viewers during the stream, adding jokingly that everyone might end up getting drafted.
The comments appeared to reference the ongoing tensions involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, though his tone suggested sarcasm. The moment quickly circulated online, drawing mixed reactions from viewers, with some seeing it as typical humor from Sanders while others felt the topic was too serious to joke about.
📱 Shedeur Sanders Shares Message After Film-Study Criticism
Shedeur Sanders appeared to respond to criticism about his film-study habits with a pointed message on social media.
The Cleveland Browns quarterback posted on X: “Learn to value the opinions of those who care about you, not the noise from everyone else.”
The post came after Jason Lloyd of The Athletic reported that Sanders had not been a heavy film watcher earlier in his career and needed development in reading coverages.
Sanders has not addressed the report directly, but his message suggested he’s focused on tuning out outside criticism as he continues competing for a larger role in Cleveland.
💪 Deion Sanders Highlights Coaches’ Homelessness Journeys to Inspire Colorado Team
Deion Sanders told his Colorado Buffaloes football players that two members of his new coaching staff overcame homelessness before reaching the college football stage.
Offensive coordinator Brennan Marion shared how he once lived out of a trash bag while attending junior college in California. He washed clothes in sinks, slept in training rooms, hallways, and even under stadium bleachers while chasing his football dream. Despite the hardships, Marion became the No. 1 junior college receiver in the country and eventually earned a scholarship to Tulsa Golden Hurricane football.
Cornerbacks coach Aaron Fletcher also opened up about living in a Dallas homeless shelter at age 13 with his mother and siblings. Fletcher recalled staying awake at night to watch over his family while his mother worked three jobs. Sanders used both stories to remind players of their opportunities, telling them it’s hard to feel sorry for athletes who get paid to pursue something they love.
🥳 Simone Biles Turns 29 Today
Simone Biles kept things relatable as she approached her 29th birthday, sharing a lighthearted message on her Instagram story.
“Mooooood bc what do you mean I’ll be 29 tomorrow… I swear I was just 19,” Biles wrote, joking about how quickly time has passed.

The post quickly resonated with fans, many of whom echoed the same feeling about getting older while celebrating the gymnastics star’s milestone birthday.
⚾ Remembering Kirby Puckett 20 Years After His Passing
March 14 marks the birthday of Kirby Puckett, offering another moment for the baseball world to reflect on the legacy of the beloved Minnesota Twins legend who passed away in 2006.
Longtime columnist Patrick Reusse once recalled how Puckett’s presence instantly energized the clubhouse. “The place would be quiet, then Puck would walk through and all heck would break loose. Everybody was engaged,” Reusse said, highlighting the infectious personality that made him one of Minnesota’s most popular athletes.
A Hall of Famer known for his joy, humor, and competitive spirit, Puckett left a lasting impact on teammates, reporters, and fans. Even decades later, many still say baseball, and Minnesota, has never seen another personality quite like his.
